I did the TAE40122 Cert IV In Training and Assessment with Fortress. It was a very enjoyable experience. The clusters are broken down into 4 groups. Intensity of study is medium. There is only one assignment that needs a lot of work but once you get into the flow of the course, it is very easy. I would like to give a shout out to my educators Brian, Richard and Steve. I would not be able to do the course without their help.

The whole Cert IV upgrade process was clearly communicated & defined. It provided manageable steps to complete at your own pace! All instructions were clear & the communication from Fortress staff was immediate, to the point & helpful. I found the course enjoyable, valuable, efficient... completing it easily & without concern. My course was fully online (except for the validation process) & staff support was exemplary. The validation process facilitator was outstanding. I would therefore recommend Fortress based on my experience with this course!

Excellent online learning experience with Fortress. I completed the final 15 modules of a Cert IV in training and assessment with Fortress. Their learning support was exceptional. They were proactive, responsive and practical. I have used other training providers before and was not recommend them. I wholeheartedly recommend Fortress.
