This specialisation is perfect for you if you want to move into more of a leadership role to lead and influence other trainers and assessors to ensure effective and compliant practices.
Entry Requirements:
- Hold the TAE40116 or TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment to satisfy the pre-requisite requirements for certain units within the diploma.
- Have Experience as a Trainer and Assessor in a Registered Training Organisation (RTO).
- Leadership and Mentorship Capacity: You must be able to lead and mentor at least 4 trainers and 3 assessors within your workplace.
- Access to collaborate with others in the workplace to review, improve, and implement strategies related to training, assessment, learning resources, assessment tools, and other processes.
